Simply   grab   your   towel   and   walk   down   to one   of   the   beautiful   golden   sand   beaches at     Culburra,     including     Culburra     and Warrain Beaches. Activities   include   swimming,   windsurfing, snorkelling, surfing and fishing. Lake   Wollumboola   is   a   coastal   lake   that intermittently   opens   onto   Warrain   Beach. When   water   levels   are   high,   it's   used   for sailing,   wind   surfing   and   water   skiing.   At Crookhaven   Heads,   at   the   northern   end of    Culburra,    you    can    follow    a    walking trail,   open   to   dogs   ,      to   see   the   historic Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse Great  spots  for  fishing  are  Crookhaven River,  Greenwell  Point and Orient Point. The  local  attractions  include  Callala Beach & Callala Bay  (just a 10 minute drive away).

In   the   opposite   direction   towards   Currarong, you'll   find   many   more   secluded   white   sandy beaches,   dog   friendly   seaside   bush   trails   and walks    including    gorgeous    Honeymoon    Bay. Take     the     trail     to     Point     Perpendicular Lighthouse   and   some   of   the   bays   around   the coastal   terrain   to   enjoy   great   scenery   across Jervis Bay. All of this within an easy 10 min drive from Culburra Beach. Gourmet    food    and    great    coffee    is    now available      in      Culburra,      while      delicious seafood   is   available   at   Greenwell   Point.   For those   who   enjoy   wine,   the   Shoalhaven   area boasts   some   great   wineries   all   an   easy   drive from   Culburra.   Spend   a   day   and   take   the Shoalhaven wine trail ! There   are   2   National   parks   within   easy   reach of   Culburra   Beach,   Booderree   and   Jervis   Bay National   Parks   offering   fantastic   bush   walks, isolated beaches and bays. Biking    around    Culburra    is    very    easy,    and there   are   great   scenic   bike   tracks   around   the area at Jervis Bay and Callala Bay .
